We commit to protecting your privacy. Information on clients will be disclosed to authorized employees on a need-to-know basis only. We will not rent, share or sell any information of our clients to any third party.
For Smart Card Zone members, email and billing addresses, and other information provided to Smart Card Zone will be used only to facilitate processing and delivery of orders. We strongly advise members to avoid sharing their Smart Card Zone credentials with other parties, as we will not be liable for any damages/losses arising from this practice.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Each transaction can accommodate a minimum of 1 card, and a maximum of 500 blank cards.
- Each transaction will be limited to USD 2,000.
- Minimum order quantity for printed cards with add-ons (e.g. magnetic stripe, barcode) is 3000 pieces. Please coordinate with us via [email protected] if you want add-ons on your cards. We will get in touch with you to provide quotes on rates, and secure relevant information regarding the necessary customizations.
Order Cancellation/Revision
To cancel/ revise placed orders, please call us at +852-2796-7873 or email us at [email protected] immediately.
Membership
Membership is non-transferrable, and may be terminated without incurring costs. It is not a prerequisite to making purchases via Smart Card Zone.
Log Files
We will use IP addresses to administer the site and consolidate data for analytics. IP addresses, however, are not linked to any personally identifiable information, and any personally identifiable data will not be shared to third parties, or used by Smart Card Zone for purposes other than what was stated above.

Content in this site (which includes but is not limited to trademarks, logos, sounds, artwork, text, computer code and photos) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may avail of content expressly provided for downloads but are prohibited from:
